The mission of the Pelican State Pachyderm Club is to:

	Provide a practical means for broad citizen participation in politics
	Assist in training candidates and volunteers in campaign techniques
	Focus on the development of political leaders
	Promote practical education and the dissemination of information about our political system;
	Support the purposes of the Republican Party and its ideals of liberty and justice for all
